Self-Compassion Courses
Self-Compassion is at the Core of all my offerings because so many of us experience a disconnection between the way we are and the way we think we should be.
Self-Compassion is the antidote to this belief.
It gets us unstuck.
Most of us don't know self-compassion is the missing piece to our healing and thriving until we try it.

The Superhuman Woman
Can you relate to "Superwoman syndrome"?
The term is used to describe someone who is very driven and successful, but often at the expense of her own needs and wellbeing.
In this program, we start by looking at the common challenges of high achievers such as stress, imposter syndrome, perfectionism, rumination, and self-judgment.
We then explore new ways, some of which may be totally counterintuitive to what you have learned, for reframing how we achieve success and care for ourselves in the process.

Nurture the Nurturer
Introduction to Mindful Compassion
Research shows that especially women find it easier to extend compassion to others than toward themselves. If we add to this, the challenging societal expectations often placed on parents, we find that many are left in a self-diminishing cycle of burnout and feelings of not being good enough.

6-Week Evidence-Based Short Course in Mindful Self-Compassion
Self-Compassion Women’s Circle!
Despite how kind we are to other people, many of us are very hard on ourselves. We are biologically wired to focus on our shortcomings and ruminate on our deficiencies. If we add to this the sometimes seemingly impossible pressures and demands of our current times, we find that many are left in a self-diminishing cycle of burnout and feelings of not being good enough.
Rapidly expanding research demonstrates that self-compassion is strongly associated with emotional wellbeing, less anxiety, depression and stress, maintenance of healthy habits such as diet and exercise, and satisfying personal relationships. And it’s easier than you think.
Join us for an IN-PERSON community, shared-experience with other women in a beautiful setting. The condensed format is adapted to fit a busy schedule.

Mindfulness for Leaders
Do you feel like there isn’t enough time in the day? How are you supposed to lead your team in an effective way when you’re always rushing to get the next thing done? How do we cultivate focus in an age where the phone never leaves our side, a globalized economy means someone is always online and organizational change is a constant? Even the best business schools often fail to teach the skills leaders need to navigate these complex conditions. We need the right tools. One of those tools is Mindfulness, the ancient practice of paying attention to the present moment, non-judgmentally.
Mindfulness is no longer just a "nice-to-have" for executives—it's an essential practice. It plays a vital role in maintaining brain health, fostering self-regulation, enhancing decision-making skills, and shielding us from the harmful effects of chronic stress. By pausing, focusing on our breath, and embracing mindfulness—especially in the company of others on the same journey—we open ourselves to meaningful transformation.

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)
Since Jon Kabat-Zinn developed Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction in 1979, thousands of studies have documented the physical, emotional, and mental health benefits of Mindfulness. In this program, you will be consciously and systematically working with your own stress and the challenges and demands of your own everyday life.
A majority of people who complete this course report:
• Increased concentration, focus, and decision making
• An ability to cope more effectively with both short and long-term stress
• Improvements in sleep patterns
If you’re an organization, therapist, or wellness collective interested in a customized program in mindful self-compassion for your audience, I’d love to talk!
Many of us subscribe to the belief that our worthiness and belonging is contingent upon what we achieve, produce, or do, rather than who we are.
We mistake success and external validation for self-worth.
The truth is that you can’t do more or perform better in order to feel good enough and experience inner peace.
Revolutionizing how we approach success and wellbeing
This is not another self-improvement project or a band aid of self-care. It’s about transforming how you relate to yourself and your possibilities from the inside out.
Whether you are battling burnout and overwhelm or are in the midst of healing, this approach will help you learn a sustainable approach that includes caring for yourself the same way you would a dear friend.
The prerequisite for true transformation is compassionate acceptance. This means presence and kindness with what’s here - in us, our situation, and those around us.
For thousands of years, compassion has been regarded as the most powerful way to help us cope with the ups and downs of life, tricky minds, challenging relationships and to promote wellbeing.
Brain science is now also revealing this to be the most pragmatic strategy due to its impact on our happiness and ability to reach our goals.
The scientific lens is confirming these benefits in the form of reprogramed nervous systems and rewired brains with the creation of neural pathways for feeling empowered, creative, safe, and loving for optimal performance and wellbeing.
