I created Conscious Core Compassion (CCC) - a healing and coaching methodology - to help you take confident action to create a meaningful life through the use of mind, body, and spirit interventions.
You bring your challenges and desired goals, ranging from professional, practical, personal, spiritual, to deeper underlying patterns.
Healing and intuitive guidance in combination with forward-focused coaching help to shift what feels possible and clears the way for you to proactively implement positive changes in your life.
This is a pragmatic approach to getting the results you want while increasing joy, contentment, and authentic expression.
This intuitive coaching approach uncovers what the client senses but may not be consciously aware of. By teaching you how to connect to your body, soul, and deepest wisdom, we unearth what is hidden beneath the surface, revealing sub-conscious negative belief systems, conditioning, and patterning, as well as suppressed emotions that are having a negative impact on your life. We access the unconscious influences, make them conscious and compassionately process them in the here and now.
There is a gentle essence of love and possibilities present that creates a comforting experience of ease, safety, and support.
Although we utilize different approaches to promote healing and understanding, the focus is always on forward momentum toward your unique goals.

Mindfulness
Bring self-awareness to your beliefs and behaviors and cultivate mindfulness of your thoughts, body, emotions and environment.
This is the anchor of integrative coaching from which all other practices grow. In addition to coaching, I am trained to teach the well-studied Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course.

Alleviate old patterns with energy psychology. Attend to subconscious negative belief systems, conditioning and patterning as well as suppressed emotions that are having a negative impact in your life and blocking your inner wisdom and intuition.

It is a method of gathering accurate biofeedback on the body’s Physiological and Psychological state by stimulating the muscular system. The body’s cells know their entire history and what they require to regain full health. Muscle Testing is an elegant way to retrieve the knowledge imbedded into the cellular memory of the muscular system.

Integrative Somatic Therapy Practice focuses on enhancing the body's own capacity to heal from body stored trauma by freeing the body, breath, and energy flow through the practice of self-awareness and self-compassion.
